A Cute Little Card (Sky x Reader)

The bell rang to signal the end of the day,and you immediately ran to your locker.Yep,today was your birthday,and as you expected,you found a card,decorated with gold,or butter as you tend to call it like another friend of yours,and sunglasses.You picked it up and opened it.It read,"Have a butterific birthday."A smile came to your face.You could already guess who it was from.You tucked the card carefully in to your bag,and made your way to the library.

 In the library,you found Sky sitting at a table with Jason and Deadlox.Sky noticed you and signaled for you to come over."Hey,(name),"Sky said.

 "Hey,"You replied.You felt your palms getting slightly sweaty.God damn it,why did you always feel so nervous around Sky.Well then again,you did like him,but you always doubted that he felt the same way about you.You took the card out of your bag."I believe this was from you."For a second,you could've sworn Sky was slightly blushing.

"Course I did!"Sky replied,"Who else would make such a majestic and butterific card."

You rolled your eyes,and noticed Deadlox and Jason had smug smiles on their faces."Why don't we leave you two alone,"Jason said as he and Deadlox got up and began walking away.

 "No!Get back here you two!"you hissed under you breath,making sure Sky didn't hear you,but they kept walking.Well crap.You were really starting to regret telling them about your small crush on Sky,and mentally punched your self for doing so.

"So,(name) could we go somewhere a little more quiet?"Sky asked.Many students at the school ignored the whole being quiet in the library,so the library tended to be
quite noisy.

"Er,yeah.Sure."You answered,and with that,Sky took you by the hand causing a blush to tint your face a lightish red.You two walked to your favorite cafe,which was a block or so away from your school.

"So,(name),I was wondering,do you like me?"Sky asked,rubbing the back of his neck.

 Your heart skipped a beat,the moment he asked that question.Your blush became a darker shade of pink,and you made a mental note to beat the shit out of Deadlox and Jason,after all this."Y-y-yeah," you stuttered,"How'd you know?"

 "Here's a hint,they're names start with a d and j,"Sky said.Yep,you were definitely going to beat the shit out of those two."Actually,"Sky said as he began leaning towards you,"I've always kind of liked you as well."As his face got closer to yours,your felt your face starting to warm up,and the next thing you knew,your lips met his and you two kissed.

 When he pulled away,your cheeks were brightly rosy.It took you a moment or two to take in everything that just happened.Once everything clicked you practically tackle-hugged Sky.Little did the two of you know that Jason and Deadlox watched everything unfold outside,and gave each other a high-five.
